Information you give us
When you use the Bold Text and Call Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, company, any phone number and message you provide, and your optional SMS consent choice. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.
When you request an AEO score report, we collect the contact details and company website you provide and your privacy acknowledgment so our team can respond and coordinate preparation of the report. This is not a general marketing or SMS opt-in.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry, discuss requested product information and demos, and provide related follow-up. An inquiry is not a blanket consent to marketing. We contact you by SMS under this program only if you have affirmatively opted in, and we honor opt-out requests.
SMS consent and sharing
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to support delivery of the communications you request; those providers may use the information only to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
Service providers and records
Our website host processes the form, and Microsoft Outlook is used to email your inquiry to our sales team. The email includes the submitted details, consent choice, disclosure text, submission time, and form reference. A copy is kept in the sending mailbox as a record of the request and any consent given.
Form protection uses a short-lived, first-party security cookie and temporary request records to reduce spam and duplicate submissions. Server request records may include basic technical information, such as request time and network information, for security and operation of the site.
Website features and external providers
We use browser storage to remember dismissal of the demo reminder. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Opening our booking calendar loads Revenue Grid and sends connection information to that provider; any booking details you enter are handled by that service. AppExchange, app stores, and social links have their own privacy notices.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and consent records as needed to respond, manage the relationship, honor communication preferences, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can submit the form without opting in to SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of this SMS program, or contact sales@boldercrm.com to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion where applicable, or change your communication preferences. Consent and opt-out records may be retained where needed to honor your choices or comply with law.
